Membership is by application

Ripple Room Social Club is application-based. We review every application and decide who joins each room. A seat is offered at our discretion and is personal to you.

The member agreement

When you accept a seat, you agree to the member agreement: show up for your room, give real attention and generous comments, and make any drafted content your own before you post. You can read it on our application page. The agreement is part of these terms.

Conduct in live rooms

Live sessions are small and depend on trust. Be respectful, stay present, and keep what happens in the room between members. That includes respecting what other members share and create in the room. Their content and ideas are theirs, the same way yours are yours. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, harassing, or acting in bad faith.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you create. Drafts the platform hands you are yours to edit and post. You grant us permission, where sessions are recorded, to use those recordings, snippets, and results for program operations and, with your consent, for case studies and promotion.

If you send us feedback or ideas for improving Ripple Room, that feedback is ours to use however we see fit.

Ownership of the platform and materials

The Ripple Room platform, and everything we've built to run it, including our site, our design, our copy, our room structure, our session formats, and our onboarding materials, belongs to Ripple Room Social Club. Joining gives you a limited, personal license to use the platform for your own networking and business purposes. That license doesn't transfer any ownership to you, and we can revoke it if you break these terms.

Our methods are ours

How we structure a session, run activation, and facilitate a room is something we built and keep refining, and it's proprietary to us. By joining, you agree not to copy it, reverse-engineer it, record it for redistribution, or use what you learn inside Ripple Room to build a competing service.

What you agree not to do

To keep this fair for everyone in the room, you agree that you will not:

• Copy, publish, sell, or hand off any part of our site, materials, or session frameworks
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to pull data, member information, or content from the platform
• Take our member list, or any member's contact information from inside a room, to build a competing engagement community

Membership fee

Ripple Room is a monthly membership. You apply first, we confirm your fit, and your rate is shared with you on acceptance. Your membership is billed to your card each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies at our discretion. Founding member pricing ends if you cancel, and rejoining later is at the current rate. We understand that life happens and one missed session is not the end of the world. What matters is that you show up for your room as consistently as you can.

No guarantee of results

We help you show up consistently with a community behind you, but we do not guarantee any specific growth, follower count, reach, or business outcome. Results depend on your participation and many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripple Room Social Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms or the agreement, or if your conduct harms the room.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
