Membership is by application
Ripple Room Social Club is application-based. We review every application and decide who joins each cohort. A seat is offered at our discretion and is personal to you.
The member agreement
When you accept a seat, you agree to the member agreement: show up for your cohort, give real attention and generous comments, and make any drafted content your own before you post. You can read it on our application page. The agreement is part of these terms.
Conduct in live rooms
Live sessions are small and depend on trust. Be respectful, stay present, and keep what happens in the room between members. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, harassing, or acting in bad faith.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of the content you create. Drafts the platform hands you are yours to edit and post. You grant us permission, where sessions are recorded, to use those recordings, snippets, and results for program operations and, with your consent, for case studies and promotion.
Program fee
The program fee is fifty dollars per five-week cohort. You apply first, we confirm your fit, and payment is due upon acceptance — your payment confirms your seat. Payments are non-refundable. We understand that life happens and one missed session is not the end of the world. What matters is that you show up for your cohort as consistently as you can. Exceptions for genuine emergencies are at our discretion.
No guarantee of results
We help you show up consistently with a community behind you, but we do not guarantee any specific growth, follower count, reach, or business outcome. Results depend on your participation and many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripple Room Social Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an as-is basis.
Termination
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms or the agreement, or if your conduct harms the cohort.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA [PLACEHOLDER — jurisdiction pending confirmation], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
