Who we are

Ripple Room Social Club is operated by Kitty (Kitty Bird Photo). You can reach us at kitty@rippleroomsocialclub.com for any privacy question or request.

Data we collect

We collect what we need to review applications and run cohorts:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name and what you do
• Your social media handles and links
• Your application answers
• Your starting follower numbers
• Profile details and any photos you upload
• Live-session participation, including video and audio while you are in the room
• Referral information when you refer someone or are referred

How we use it

• Reviewing applications and placing members into cohorts
• Running live sessions and the five-week program
• Generating draft content for you to edit before you post
• Building case studies and sharing results, with your consent
• Sending you program communications and updates

Processors and subprocessors

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the service. Each only receives the data it needs for its role:

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Resend: email delivery
• Vercel: application hosting
• Daily: live video sessions
• Google Analytics 4: website analytics
• AI provider: draft generation, accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway

Cookies

We use a small number of essential and analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterward to support case studies, records, and follow-up. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access the data we hold about you or to have it deleted. Email kitty@rippleroomsocialclub.com and we will take care of it.
