The Ripple Room Standards.

A seat in the room is a commitment to the people in it. These are the five standards every member agrees to when they join.

   Show up prepared.

   Your post is live and your activation form is submitted before the session starts.

2. 02

   Engage with intention.

   Real comments. Personalized language. Genuine attention on every member's content. Engagement is what the cohort is all about.

3. 03

   Respect the spotlight.

   When it is someone else's moment, the whole room is behind them. Full attention, genuine engagement, no multitasking. You will want the same when it is your turn.

4. 04

   Protect the room.

   What is shared in your cohort stays in your cohort. Trust is the foundation, unless you are out there sending referrals, which we encourage.

5. 05

   Show up for your cohort the way you want them showing up for you.

   Generous, present, and genuinely rooting for the rest of your cohort. That is what makes the hour work.
